Watch me fill one in, start to finish.
Pippy is filling this in
I know. Hundreds of applications is exhausting.
Applying to jobs shouldn’t feel like this
You fill in the same information over and over, write a cover letter nobody reads, and wait. Most of the time you hear nothing back at all. It wears you down long before you ever get to an interview.
How it works

Three steps, and I do the typing.
Add your resume
We read it and learn how you talk about your own work.
Tell Pippy what you want
Roles, places, pay, and how much you want to check along the way.
Check, then Pippy sends it
Approve what looks right. Pippy keeps applying and keeps looking for the next one.
Pippy does more than send applications

It all lives in one place, not six tabs.
See the fit before you approve it
Every job gets a score out of 100, with the skills that matched and the ones you’re missing.
Every reply lands in one inbox
Interview requests, rejections, and recruiter notes, labeled and kept in one place.
Interviews land on your calendar
Pippy blocks time to prepare before each one and a thank-you note after.
Keeps looking, even when you’re not
Pippy checks for new postings every day and pauses the moment you ask it to.
Answer once, reuse everywhere
Give an answer one time and Pippy reuses it on every application that asks the same question.
A real cover letter, not a template
Written for that specific job, and labeled so you know Pippy wrote the first draft.
See exactly what gets sent
Every application is a real document, not a black box. Before anything goes out, you can read every field, every answer, and the cover letter, and change whatever you want.

Nothing goes out without your okay first.

From the Pippy team

The people who built me have been there too.
We built Pippy because we were the ones stuck applying. Hundreds of applications, the same information typed in over and over, and almost total silence on the other end. We watched people online post the same thing: thousands of applications sent, nothing back. Somewhere in there, software started reading resumes before a person ever did, and good candidates got filtered out for reasons nobody explained. Some of the postings weren’t even real jobs, just listings sitting there collecting applications. None of that is a reason to give up, but it’s a reason the hunt feels broken right now. So we built the tool we wanted for ourselves: one that applies on your behalf, but shows you the work first. We’re still building it.
